This is a 1-hour 1:1 online class with Ines ,founder of Face Sculpt Studio via Zoom, that focuses on a basic routine for self-care based on proven facial massage techniques from Gua Sha Facial to awaken your skin and the systems within that support its function and and natural ability to cleanse and heal. This class is perfect for anyone new to Facial Gua Sha or curious about it. Those experienced will also benefit from this class, it will correct common mistakes so you can ensure to accomplish the best possible results. You’ll learn the ideal pressure, posture, angle of the tool, and each step of the facial gua sha ritual. Learn how to sculpt facial contours by undoing old expression patterns, moving lymph, and encouraging myofascial release. You will be guided to understand what each movement means for your skin health, plus 3 focus areas; fine lines/deep wrinkles, lymph drainage, lifting & sculpting.
